A customized, curved settee is upholstered with throw pillows in jewel tones and separates the lobby from the bar area. Curtains are in a silk iridescent sheer material with a wide stripe design. Registration area and lounge are open together with a partial, shoulder-high divider made of burl wood and glass.

The building is newly constructed and has a two-tone brick, aluminum and glass contemporary exterior.

The hotel has a bar and restaurant that serves a variety of choices. The restaurant seats 45 guests and serves a daily European style breakfast buffet as well as dinner.
