This hotel is located on a small hill in a quiet neighborhood, a short walk from the centre of Reykjavik. It is 45 mins from the international airport and close to various sites, such as the National Museum, National Library and University of Iceland. It has good links with the rest of the city as ring roads pass just in front of the hotel.

There is a busy bar adjoining the ground floor lobby. The top floor houses a very smart grill restaurant, with panoramic views over Reykjavik, whilst breakfast is taken in the elegant open-plan lobby restaurant.

Breakfast: The rooms vary in size but they are generally medium sized and in very good condition as are the bathrooms. The rooms have a warm atmosphere and furnishings are subtle and elegant. Complimentary internet access and 24-hour room service are among the facilities and most rooms have good views across the city of Reykjavik.
