The hotel is situated in the busy residential district of Fredriksberg, near to parkland, canalways and the metro station, within five minutes drive of any city centre attraction.

The lobby is medium in size with limited seating, although it does join onto the split level room which has ample space. The decor is modern and minimalist. A relatively simple, yet modern entrance.

The facade is a modern style peach coloured brick rectangular 5 storey structure.

Located on the ground floor next to the reception, breakfast only is served. The breakfast area is a smart, simply furnished room.

Commodore: The commodore rooms has the concept in the the style of a ship, therefore all rooms are designed like cabins on a boat, with emphasis on maximising the space. Rooms are small and in fair condition. All beds are of the same quality, but guests must note that extra beds either fold out or down from the wall. Third and fourth beds are in bunk style. Bathrooms are very small and in excellent condition. The colour schemes used are simple and bright, principally featuring red, blue and yellow.
