The first impression is the most important one and the lobby is simply an amazing world of welcome. Recreation and leisure facilities include swimming pool, health club, squash and tennis courts, private beach with water sports and, of course, the hotel's marina with speedboats and fishing boats for hire. Lobby:

The reception area offers a dramatic entrance. The skylight and chandeliers bathe the large area in a luxurious glow. Cream coloured marble clads the walls. Doors and panels are cherrywood framed by Arabian floral motifs in gypsum. New sandblasted stone columns flank the skylight area. The cream coloured marble floor tiles are edged with black rust and green marble borders. A luxurious and welcoming lobby.

This is an 11-storey modern dark glass building, one of the most modern looking in Doha.

The hotel offers a wide range of cuisine in the restaurants, varying from Indian specialties to Far Eastern cuisine.
