The hotel is situated in the city just 10 minute walk through the side lanes to the historical heart of the city, Bandar Hilir.

The lobby is large with the reception counters off to the side. There is a cozy waiting and sitting lounge designed like a library. On the opposite side is the coffee house where breakfast is served. In the middle are lifts serving the guest rooms and the car parks.

A modern high rise building in good condition.

Capers serves an east/west mix whilst the Long Feng serves Cantonese and Szechuan cuisine. There is also a coffee house serving local and international dishes.

Superior: The rooms are spacious and offer good views of the city, Malacca River and the Straits of Malacca as there are no building blocking from the higher floors. Simple colour schemes give a homely feel.
