Located right in the heart of the city in the popular shopping area of Bukit Bintang, one cannot ask for a better location as a visitor.

The lobby is medium-sized with a marble floor together with a star motif. Seating is available in the Windows Lounge at the left.

The hotel is a modern building with a beige exterior. It is surrounded by other tall buildings like the Westin, JW Marriott and the Ritz Carlton and thus one must search it out from amongst the others in the side road (Jalan Imbi) off Bukit Bintang.

There are three outlets in the hotel – Checkers, a coffee house serving a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. A la carte is also available for local and international favourites. Cellini, an Italian restaurant serves Italian fine dining. Windows Lounge serves drinks and outdoor local foods like satay.
