Tochomae station on the Oedo subway line is a stone's throw distance from the hotel.(Exit B1) From Narita International Airport, the airport limousine shuttle bus stops at the hotel several times in a day or the JR Narita Express Train takes guests to JR Shinjuku station directly. For Hakone excursion, Odakyu line serves Shinjuku station to the hot spring resort area in one and a half hours.

Plaza Premier: All rooms on Plaza Premier are very comfortable with sufficient area size. They have completely refurbished contemporary design interior with earth colors as well as the latest facilities. Bathroom is also renovated and clean.

Superior: All superior rooms(non-renovated rooms) are more than 30-square-meter in size and located on the main and south building. They are all furnished with wooden and equipped with the latest modern facilities such as mini-bar, tea making facility and high speed internet access. On Television, international programs like CNN, BBC, Korean and Chinese are available. The bathroom is small but kept clean and in very good condition.

Plaza Comfort: All rooms on Plaza Comfort are large on higher floor of this hotel. All are equipped with latest amenity and service such as high-speed internet access, mini-bar, beds from "Simmonds", DVD and large business writing desk. All rooms contain double bed. Guest at this category check in at Exclusive reception desk "Premier Counter" next of normal reception.
