The atrium-style lobby is sun-filled and tastefully decorated with plenty of natural light and greenery. All the rooms are arranged on six floors around a rectangular corridor overlooking the hotel's atrium. There are plenty of staff on hand to help with queries and plenty of seating space to one side with a comfortable coffee lounge and restaurants leading off from the lobby. This large open space is often used for intimate concerts and exhibitions by local artists and craftsmen.
