The hotel's facilities include 7 meeting rooms for up to 280 people, temperature controlled outdoor swimming pool, health club with fully equipped gymnasium, sauna, massage rooms and of course a wide range of watersports. The prestigious 18-hole Emirates Golf Course is close by.

To further enhance one of Dubai's key areas "The Walk", construction and development is on-going in the near vicinity of the hotel. Please note that views from Walk view and Sea view rooms may be partially obstructed by the construction.

The medium sized lobby is very well decorated in modern style with elegant seating.The reception and the elevators leading to the rooms are to the right. In the centre is the main restaurant and an escalator leading upstairs to the conference rooms and other outlets. To the left is a cafe and the entrance to the Italian restaurant.

This is a modern, 9 storey complex set away from the main highway, adjacent to the Jumeirah Beach Residence and directly at the beach.
