This is a pleasant hotel with good budget rooms. There is a small indoor swimming pool with some cardio equipment next to it for those wanting a simple workout. Wifi is available in the hotel.

The Courtyard is in the centre of the city and within walking distance of Lusaka's best shopping and entertainment centre, the Arcade. It is a 25 minute drive to the airport.

The lobby is bright and welcoming with sofa seating to the right as you enter and a small reception desk to the left. Ahead lies a small terrace with chairs overlooking the courtyard.

As its name would suggest the hotel is built around a courtyard and is all one level except for the front of the hotel where there is a second storey where the restaurant sits.

Above the reception area lies the restaurant where breakfast, lunch and dinner is served. A good a la carte menu is on offer with a fine selection of Zambian as well as international dishes.

Standard: The rooms are of a high 3* standard with comfortable beds, air con, satellite TV and a writing desk and chair. All rooms are en-suite and have a small terrace which overlooks the pleasant central courtyard.
