The reception is made of dark wood and the lobby area is Victorian in design with black and white check marble floor tiles and lots of antique copy wood furniture. The lobby has a large fireplace with seating for guests and has a nice sense of space with its double storey ceiling height.

As with the Gold Reef City complex the hotel is a mock Victorian building just 3 storeys tall.
