One of the finest 4* hotels in the city, the Vineyard has a new modern health and fitness centre, an indoor and outdoor pool and one of the finest spa's in South Africa offering guests a wide choice of treatments. Arguably one of the most beautiful pool settings in the cape area, the outdoor pool has sun loungers and shade umbrellas and magnificent undisturbed views of Table Mountain. A spacious lobby boasts hand pressed clay floor tiles and a stunning Esias Bosch ceramic panel displayed behind a modern reception desk. A travel desk and a guest relations desk is situated in the foyer to assist guests. An Antique shop and the Vineyard Shop are situated to the left of the foyer and a Business Centre on the right of the reception desk.

Originally built in 1799 by Lady Anne Barnard the Vineyard Hotel & Spa is an admired blend of historical and contemporary design. This 3 storey building nestles discretely in 6 acres of landscaped gardens.

Restaurant:

The Vineyard has a choice of two first class restaurants as well as the fantastic Splash cafe which is next to the swimming pools and gymnasiium. The Square is a wonderful contemporary restaurant situated in the centre of the hotel. The glass roof presents superb views of the mountain in a relaxed ambience. It offers an a la carte menu as well as a sushi bar. Garden Lounge & Bar: In the summer period breakfast is available in the Garden Lounge or on the Patio. Light lunches are served all year round (weather permitting) on the patio. The new Myoga restaurant offers international fusion cuisine. It is stylishly decorated and attracts guests from outside the hotel.
